घोडा और लगाम

क्या रखा है काम में ।
जो कुछ है सो नाम में ।

भूख और सूखा बैठे हैं
खेत और खलिहान में ।

बल्ब जलें, फ़व्वारे चलते
नेताजी के लान में ।

मेहनत करने वाले भूखे
चुपड़ी मिले हराम में ।

असली कामों में कंजूसी
खर्चा झूठी शान में ।

नहीं पाँच पल जनता आती
कभी किसीके ध्यान में

पूरे पाँच बरस ही उनके
पाँच साल के प्लान में ।

जनता से उनका रिश्ता जो
घोड़े और लगाम में ।

हज सब्सीडी, गोली मिलती
अमरनाथ के धाम में ।

सुरा, सुन्दरी, भजन, प्रसादी
सब कुछ है दूकान में ।
