कैसे जलते रहें अलाव |

सबको महफ़िल की ज़ल्दी है
कौन गिने राणा के घाव |

घर वाले ही छेद कर रहे
कैसे बच पायेगी नाव |

कौन पुकार सुने द्रुपदा की
बूढे-बड़े खेलते दाँव |

फील-पाँव का भरम खुल गया
नाहक पटक रहे हो पाँव |

लार टपकती जब दूल्हे को
सब बाराती हैं बेभाव |
